    有几种可能:
    Remedy 1:
** The host file of GMM must now include ws.good.com (216.136.156.64) as of June 2014
Firewall configuration Hostnames for the Good For Enterprise(GFE) NOC
** The following remedy requires that the Good Messaging server service is restarted **

    1. Remove GOOD Client application from device, including profiles under settings, general, profile.
    2. Admin: Remove handheld from GMC *or* User: Remove handheld using self service.
    3. Run Consistency Check under GMC Settings.
If it shows the message, “Data Consistency Check Failed, Select Handheld to Reset,” select the handheld or information of the affected device and remove.
    4. Ensure no cache folder exists for the user. You may need to stop the GoodLink Server service in order to remove cache files. Cache Naming Convention
      a. Cache Locations are as follows: (this is an example, not every server setup is the same)
      -Server 2003: C:\Program Files\Good Technology\Good Mobile Messaging Server\cache\<servername>\UserInitial1\UserInitial2
      -Server 2008: C:\Program Files (x86)\Good Technology\Good Messaging Server\cache\<servername>\UserInitial1\UserInitial2
    5. If you removed any files, restart the GoodLink Server service and continue.
    6. Admin: add the device to a blank policy.
    7. Power cycle the device and ensure any unnecessary applications and services are closed (ask the Admin to confirm what is running).
    8. Close all applications running on the device. (Double click the home key and close everything. A power cycle will not close the applications.)
    9. Re-install the GFE Client application
    10. Attempt OTA provisioning
*It is recommended that the re-provision to be done at least 15 minutes after the user is removed from the GMC, to ensure that the user’s information was successfully removed from our NOC, prior to the re-install and second provision.
    11. Admin: Move the device to the policy their corporate IT policy requires. Via the GMC.
    12. Device is prompted to install profile, user allows profile to be installed.

Remedy 2: Exchange environment only (only applies is many or all users have this issue)
** The following remedy requires that the GoodLink Server service is restarted **

Remove / Re-create the “GoodLink Server” MAPI profile
Reinstall the GMM server to Repair the GMM Server

    Remedy 3: Exchange environment only

Apply following key and value to GMM server’s registry:

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\GoodLinkServer\parameters\addressbook] “lookupLdap” = “0”

    Restart the GoodLink Server service.
